Plout Sanctuary at Saint-Marcel

The sanctuary of Plout in Saint-Marcel has been venerated since medieval times. Its chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary was erected by a builder who miraculously recovered from illness in 1600. Easy to reach from the town centre, this spiritual site is open the public during the patron saint celebrations from 14th September to 26th July each year.
