MAV Fénis - Museum of Traditional Valdostan Handicraft

Just a stone’s throw from spectacular Fénis Castle, the Museum of Valdostan Handicraft (MAV) is a compulsory stop for anyone interested in sculptures and craft. Over 700 works are on show inside the museum recounting the past centuries of handicraft in Valle d'Aosta, plunging visitors into the prolific cultural and artistic atmosphere of the valley. Temporary exhibitions of works by the best local artists crown the splendid MAV display, making it without doubt one of the most characteristic and valued museums of art and artistic handicraft. It is a living memory of past centuries.
