La Valdôtaine

La Valdôtaine Distillery was established in 1947 and distils grappa in small copper stills using the traditional direct flame method, followed by direct steam distillation and lastly by vacuum bain-marie.

We aim to respect quality and tradition right from the choice of raw materials, then taking rigorous care in conservation and completing the process with “drip by drip” distillation in old stills under the careful supervision of our Master distiller.
