Micapan - Bakery

Our bakery produces and sells natural vegan products made with organic flour, minor cereals, ancient grain species and sourdough.

In order to cater for people with food intolerances, products are prepared in two separate bakeries. The building is self-sufficient in terms of energy, environmentally zero impact and we use electric means of transport for delivery purposes.
