This ancient building shares an outer wall with Pilato Castle, its neighbouring building. Over the course of years, the hotel has undergone continual renovation in order to guarantee guests a traditional mountain ambience while being welcoming and functional at the same time.

After several years acquiring valuable experience in top restaurants throughout the Alps, our chef Joseph re-interprets classic Valdostan dishes, conferring them a touch of modernity while preserving their spirit and substance.
