Trattoria Favre is famous for its Valdostan dishes. These include mouth-watering starters (veau tonné, local salumi with flambéed chestnuts, apple fritters, brown bread with lard and honey etc), rigorously homemade pasta dishes (gnocchi made with potatoes grown in Siant-Barthélemy, Valdostan crêpes, meat-filled ravioli etc), traditional main courses (polenta with sausage or stew, a selection of game...) then there are the sumptuous puddings (chilled desserts, bunet, apple cake etc).
